A major actor in the energy sector is looking for a consultant to join a team in the HR / Change & Digital services within a large department (international scope).
Context
Why are they looking for someone?
- Excellent reputation and visibility of the team (about 6 people) within the department (about 1800 people)
- Directly supported by the top management of the Group
- So they are a lot of projects in the pipe
- But not enough team members to carry out the projects
The team is providing a few services to fulfill its purpose:
- Creating and enabling learning organization
- Framing practices to move from project management to product culture
- Fostering collective intelligence through facilitation, culture and tools
- Building an agile culture in an agile way
- Promoting and supporting collaborative governance models
- Contributing actively to Department transformation
Nature of the services
- Trainings (Agility, Team and individual organization, Facilitation etc.)
- Rework the collaborative vision and how to create a new identity and culture together
- Individual coaching (Leadership, Organization)
- Support the Leaders (responsible of min 50 people)
- Facilitation (seminars, workshops)
- Agile coaching (Scrum, Kanban)
