Are you passionate about Sales & Marketing and is your analytical thinking on point? Good news, the department Audience & Workflow Management within Go-To-Market Optimization & Innovation is looking for colleagues to take on a role of Audience & Workflow Expert.
This department plays a big role within the development and implementation of all commercial and administrative campaigns for all segments of clients. Together with Go-To-Market Officers they look for the best way to translate commercial ideas into the right audiences and marketing automation journeys. As an expert you are fully responsible for the development of the targeting and workflows for the campaigns.
As the team is transitioning to the use of Adobe Campaign Classic, were especially looking for Experts who can help them to migrate existing permanent campaigns and create new ones using the new way of working.
Responsibilities
- Based on existing campaigns (SQL code), you create complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign
- Next to migration of the campaigns, you strive to improve the workflows to make them more efficient and where possible to have more personalized approach for client
- You work together with colleagues in order to better understand the existing campaigns/best practices
- You work carefully and with an eye for detail, since the result of your work is delivered directly to clients
- You are responsible for your own workload and planning in collaboration with your team manager
- You are fully aware of current Marketing strategies in order to co-develop with the business (customer journeys, next best offer, contact strategies, )
- You share your expertise with other colleagues in the team to support the transition and learning of the Adobe Campaign
Profile
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience with creation of complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign
- Knowledge of the programming language SQL, in order to comprehend our current way of working, is a must
- Aware of Marketing strategies in order to co-develop with the business (customer journeys, next best offer, contact strategies)
- You are proactive towards your colleagues and other stakeholders to get input and work in a structured way
- You have a good knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French, as these are the languages most used during the day-to-day
