Together with Go-To-Market Officers we look for the best way to translate commercial ideas into the right audiences and marketing automation journeys. As an expert you are fully responsible for the development of this campaign. Next to that, our team is also responsible for the delivery of target groups and analysis for Market Research and Customer Intelligence teams.
As the team is transitioning to the use of Adobe Campaign Classic, we’re especially looking for Experts who can help us in the transfer of existing permanent and recurring campaigns to this new way of working.

Function description
Your challenges :
- Based on existing campaigns, you create complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign.
- You strive to not only recreate these campaigns, but to improve on them if the end result would lead to a more personalized approach of the client.
- You work in a thorough and detailed manner, since the end result of a campaign will arrive directly at our clients.
- You are responsible for your own workload and planning in collaboration with your team manager.
- You work together with colleagues in order to better understand what exists and to improve on that.
- You are fully aware of current Marketing strategies in order to co-develop with the business (customer journeys, next best offer, contact strategies, …)

- You have a strong affiliation with all topics Marketing and Sales
- You have several years of experience with Adobe Campaign and other Marketing Automation platforms.
- Knowledge of the programming language SQL, in order to comprehend our current way of working, is a must.
- You are a critical, structured and analytical teamplayer
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French, as these are the languages most used during the day-to-day.

Required experience/ knowledge
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
Technical experience
- Several years of experience with Adobe Campaign and other Marketing Automation platforms – MUST HAVE
- Knowledge of the programming language SQL – MUST HAVE
Business experience
- You have a strong affiliation with all topics Marketing and Sales – MUST HAVE
- Experience with creation of complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign – MUST HAVE
- Aware of Marketing strategies in order to co-develop with the business (customer journeys, next best offer, contact strategies, …) – MUST HAVE
