Context
The mission consists of assuring the business analysis activities within the Product “Scope 3“. You will be homebased in the Group SAP chapter of our client among other SAP consultants and operate daily as a team member part of a multi-disciplinary product team steered by a product owner.
The objective of this product is to collect, calculate and analyse supplier data for their purchases that complements our SAP master data. They use this to report on Group-wide Scope 3 Emissions, learn more about their supply chain and steer their decarbonization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Interact with other products in the cluster and understand their processes on a high level as far as they concern Scope 3
- Sparring with the business to optimize and harmonize processes by analysing, describing and validating business requirements, including modelling processes and information.
- Identify needs for adaptation of processes inside Scope 3 to other business processes and also needs for other business processes to adapt to scope 3 processes.
- Coordinate cross-product interdependencies.
- Scheduling, prioritizing and planning of work together with product owner.
- Validate technical specifications regarding the optimal IT solution.
- Drawing up test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptance processes
- Support for users (intern)
- Gather feedback from business especially CSR side
- Represent needs of scope 3 in alignment meetings
- Support commercialization track
- Preparing and conducting workshops and training with the business
- Participating in the chapter Corporate Business Analyst to further harmonize and improve business analyst methodology
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as IT business analyst.
- Strong experience in process analysis deep diving on cross-business activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
- Good knowledge of BPMN and UML
- French or Dutch or German level C1 + English level C1
