Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to assess and optimize the use of approximately 25 applications supporting the Communication Domain. This strategic role involves comparing current tool usage with enterprise plans to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Role & responsibilities
- Analyze the current application landscape (approx. 25 tools) in the Communication Domain:
- Examples: design tools (Canva, Adobe…), analytics tools (Matomo, Hotjar…)
- Create an inventory of available functionalities
- Identify user demographics and business roles
- Collaborate with business architects to map applications to business capabilities and processes to assess their value
- Evaluate usage patterns
- Gather business requirements and translate them into application needs
- Propose TO-BE scenarios
- Identify opportunities for consolidation or optimization
- Provide recommendations focused on efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Draft detailed reports on findings, recommendations, and potential operational impacts
- Compare current tools with enterprise strategies to ensure alignment
- Support the product organization in implementing the selected scenario
- Work with IT and procurement teams to implement improvements
- Monitor application performance post-implementation to ensure continuous improvement
Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in application analysis and optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Familiarity with enterprise tools and reporting systems
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Good knowledge of BPMN is a plus
- Languages:
- Fluent in English
- Very good knowledge of French and/or Dutch
- Good knowledge of German is a strong asset
