Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as an ICT Business Analyst within the Architecture Office?
Our client is looking for a talented individual to join our team in Brussels and work closely with project teams to identify and design adaptations to existing or future systems required by their business. As an ICT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the business architecture by conducting business process analysis and modelling, information model analysis, business requirements gathering, and logical design of future systems.
Responsibilities
- In close relation with the business, you analyse and document business processes and activities which can span the whole range of capabilities and domains.
- Collaborate with Data Architects to build and maintain the Business Information Model.
- Gather and analyse business requirements in close collaboration with project teams.
- By taking a referent architect role, coordinate functional and non-functional aspects of the architecture to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and be in line with the architectural vision of our client.
- Analyse the quality of functional analysis and logical architecture of proposed solutions and make sure these are aligned with the ICT strategy.
- Proactively identify necessary changes to the application landscape to align with the business strategy.
Profile
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build a relationship of trust
- A structured, results-oriented, and customer-oriented approach.
- Good analytical and synthesizing skills to clearly define problems and requirements as well as to determine solutions with controllable impact on mission-critical applications
- Profound experience in modelling languages as Archimate, BPMN and/or UML
- Background knowledge in the energy sector is an asset.
- Fluency in French and/or Dutch, with a good knowledge of English.
