Business Analyst (Business Process Digit team)

As Business Analyst in the Business Process Digit team you are responsible for:

• Doing the intake of new initiatives, incl. clarifying them with business reps
• Together with the BAs validate the end-to-end process and requirements
• Organize Slice & Dice sessions to estimate the effort that goes with it
• Organize Delivery Iteration planning sessions to plan features onto sprints
• Clarify the requirements/specifications to the development squads
• Organize the Upstream work, incl. Solution Architecture and System Design

Context

Automation of Insurance processes, especially in the field of policy management

• incl. output management
• incl. task management

Automation initiatives lead to processes being handled in:

• either full-STP mode
• either semi-automatic
• either manual, in exception cases

Profile

• 3 years experience in Automation of Insurance processes
• Background in automation technologies, like Business Process Digitalization and Robotics
