Context

Our client, a prominent bank, is advancing its customer servicing and operational efficiency through innovative digital solutions. The Customer Servicing and Efficiency Tribe plays a central role in supporting our client’s strategic ambitions in accessibility and quality service delivery. Chatbots and virtual assistants are essential to enhancing customer satisfaction, convenience, and banking efficiency, marking them as critical achievements in the bank’s 2025 vision.

Our client seeks an experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of high-quality chatbot and virtual assistant development to gather and document business needs, onboard contributors, and ensure effective progress tracking.

Function description

  • Grasp the Product Strategy and Vision: Understand the priorities set by the Product Owner and align with the bank’s strategic goals.
  • Lead Business Analysis: Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders, identify and translate business needs, and ensure a customer-centric approach that aligns with the squad’s objectives (priorities, customer protection, user experience).
  • Drive Requirement Collection and Validation: Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions to clarify needs, validate solutions, and maintain open, clear communication with business stakeholders and technical profiles.
  • Develop Business Models: Use modeling techniques to analyze and document the business model in line with the cluster and squad standards.
  • Translate Requirements into Solutions: Document requirements for contributors and work closely with squad members to ensure a solution-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with other contributors and tribes, monitor requirements alignment, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Participate in End-to-End Testing: Support the testing of new functionalities, ensuring they align with business needs and quality standards.
  • Facilitate Solution Adoption: Assist in onboarding business teams, preparing them for smooth integration and use of new solutions.
  • Manage Constraints and Risks: Identify, communicate, and address risks and impediments to maintain the quality and progress of deliveries in collaboration with the squad.

  • Qualifications:
    • Education: Master’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant business analysis experience, ideally in large organizations
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in functional and technical analysis, architecture, and testing
    • Knowledge: Experience with Chatbots and virtual assistant development is required
