Business Analyst (New CRM implementation)

Context

Implementation of a new CRM solution which will replace the legacy solution for Marketing and Operations ( Lead management, Cokpit, 360° customer view and Tools integration).
The new solution is based on Microsoft Dynamics technology.

Role & responsibilities

• Define and design high-level and detailed processes
• Define business needs
• Translate these business needs into business requirements
• Write the business requirements
• Liaise with IT (architecture and technical lead) to ensure that the proposed technical solution meets the business needs/ or challenge the business requirements and adapt them accordingly
• The person should be able to lead the various workshops with our teams in order to gather all these inputs
• Define the business testing scenarios and coordinate the tests
