Business Analyst Procurement service

Mission description

The CLINET is in full digital transition and is finalizing the implementation of a SAP S/4HANA platform (OneSAP project) which is linked to Procurement applications SRM, SAP Business Network and ARIBA sourcing.  The CLIENT is looking for a Procurement business analyst who can support us in those related projects and daily business activities.  You will be working within a team of business analysts and work closely with process owners and business and will report to the team leader business analysts procurement.   

Service description

• Supporting the Procurement department during the hypercare and optimization process of the OneSAP project and the connected Ariba and Procurement projects
• Participation in workshops including preparation, execution and documentation
• Identifying and analyzing bugs in the system and proposing solutions for correction
• Writing of business blueprints and specifications for Procurement projects and requirements
• Validating and challenging the functional and technical specifications of the IT and implementation partners during the implementation and bug fixing
• Creating test scenarios and testing of the applications
• Supporting in creation of training material and providing training to end users (internal and external)
• Support in the supplier onboarding on SAP Business Network (Ariba)
• Supporting the end-users in the P2P process and the use of the implemented IT tools (2^nd level)
• Interface function between the business and the IT within the CLIENT

Additional requirements

• Master degree in IT or an economical direction or equivalent experience
• Experience in complex SAP and Ariba implementation projects (2-5 years)
• Profound knowledge of Procurement (P2P) processes
• Professional knowledge of SAP-Ariba (Sourcing, SAP Business Network), SAP MM (SAP S/4HANA) and SAP-SRM, knowledge in BI Tools (BO reporting) is a plus.
• Professional knowledge in integration / internal Interface from SAP in the other modules
• Willing to learn the different IT tools on short term
• Willing to combine project-based work with day-to-day support of end users
• Strong analytical skills and critical minded
• Large problem solving capacity
• Can communicate effectively with many different stakeholders
• A real team player
• Language: NL or FR. Project language is English. Additional language DE is a plus

• Working hours: 40h/week
• Working place: Brussels / Berlin occasionally
• Start date: 01/02/23
• End date: 31/10/23 (Extension possible)
