Context
The RPA business analyst closely with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, formalize them in workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose automation solutions using RPA tools.
The candidate focus on process discovery, process mapping, and process optimization and increase efficiency through automation.
The candidate plays a crucial role in the initial stages of RPA projects by gathering automation requirements, and identifying technically automatable processes among the candidate processes and creating process analysis documentation with a view to automation.
The business analyst will join the team IT Driven Solutions and will work closely with RPA developer.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering : You collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for automated processes. This includes understanding the desired outcomes, user expectations, system integrations required, and any compliance or security considerations.
- Process Design : Based on the gathered requirements, you design optimized workflows using industry- standard tools like BPMN or flowcharts. You define logical sequences of steps that software robots will execute.
- Documentation : Clear documentation is vital for the successful implementation and future maintenance of automated processes. You create detailed process documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, test cases, and training materials.
- Testing Support : During the testing phase, you work closely with the development team to ensure that automated processes meet the defined requirements. You participate in test case creation, execution, and issue resolution .
- Change Management : You assist in change management activities by communicating process changes to stakeholders and facilitating training sessions for end-users. You address concerns and provide guidance to ensure a smooth transition.

- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the RPA world.
- You have professional experience of UIPath software.
- Strong experience in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- 5-8 years of experience in Technology Business Analysis and/or Process Improvement
- Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Business
- Strong experience in Intelligent Automation tools such as UI Path , Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
- Strong analytical skills and able to produce clear and concise business and technical documentation
- Outstanding communication skills
