Within this transformation, the People & Tech Solutions Department plays a strategic role in enabling both the company and its employees to achieve their objectives in alignment with corporate strategy. This department supports the business by deploying the necessary human, organizational, and technological resources to drive performance and innovation.

The People Strategy & Change Office coordinates all strategic transformation initiatives, focusing on change management, corporate culture, leadership engagement, and HR digitalization. As part of this transformation, we are looking for a Change Management Lead to drive adoption and ensure the success of the SAP S/4HANA project.

Role & responsibilities

The Change Management Lead will oversee and execute key change activities to ensure smooth adoption of SAP S/4HANA across the organization.

Change Execution & Communication:

  • Implement the communication plan to support end-user engagement.
  • Ensure the Case for Change is embedded in all communication efforts.
  • Align with internal communication stakeholders as needed.
  • Adapt the communication strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide quarterly updates to impacted end-users via appropriate channels.
  • Lead various communication efforts before, during, and post-Go Live.

Stakeholder Engagement & End-User Readiness:

  • Organize info sessions and roadshows to explain project impacts.
  • Onboard and support key users as change agents/ambassadors.
  • Conduct demo sessions for stakeholders and end-users.
  • Perform quarterly Pulse Checks to measure change progress and propose corrective actions.
  • Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by being actively present and ensuring proper documentation updates.

Training & Knowledge Transfer:

  • Develop and execute a training plan, including:
    • Coordination of training sessions.
    • Support in creating training materials in collaboration with key users and analysts.
    • Organizing train-the-trainer sessions and supporting trainers.
    • Coordinating updated work instructions for all teams.
  • Execute the Reinforcement phase (post-Go Live) through user support, refresher training, and performance tracking.

Governance & Leadership Engagement:

  • Manage stakeholder relationships & resistance effectively.
  • Provide reporting on change progress, risks, and resource utilization.
  • Participate in bi-weekly project meetings to align with the project team.
  • Support sponsor & leadership engagement, ensuring leadership activation at key project stages.
  • Assist in organizing the Go Live celebration and conducting a lessons learned workshop.

Profile

  • Proven experience in change management (min 3 years) and project transformation, particularly in SAP or large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop clear and engaging communication materials.
  • Experience in event organization and training coordination.
  • Expertise in assessing change impacts and defining mitigation strategies.
  • Strong ability to engage, influence, and coach key stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work in complex, evolving environments with high resistance to change.
  • Ability to connect across all levels of the organization to bridge business and project teams.
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills with a structured and analytical mindset.
  • A deep business acumen with an understanding of organizational challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and standard project lifecycles.
  • Certification ADKAR/PROSCI
  • Knowledge of the application challenges facing the Utilities market
  • Fluent in FR AND NL
