Context
Our client, an insurer, is looking for a BCP analyst that can help drive the workplace Business Continuity plan in further design and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct an assessment to identify any gaps or area of improvements including potential threats and risks to the workplace environment
- Develop and enhance the current plan for workplace ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (DORA)
- Coordinate with various departments and service providers to ensure the seamless integration of the BCP into the daily operations and long-term planning
- Help to create awareness of the BCP and their roles & responsibilities in the event of a disruption
- Design and conduct tests and simulations to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan
- Maintain detailed documentation of the BCP including test result and lessons learned
- Prepare reports and presentations to senior management
Expected skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, external partners and senior management.
- You are proactive, pragmatic, assertive and you can work autonomously.
- You can coordinate the necessary work with different persons and departments
- You speak English fluently and you can express yourself correctly in FR and/or NL
- Experience with DORA
- Experience within a business continuity context and/or a workplace environment
- Can be onsite minimum 2 days/week
