Context

The Change Manager contributes in defining, executing, monitoring and supervising changes related to the digital business transformation. This includes change of culture, business processes, technology and organization. The candidate plays a crucial role in ensuring that our client’s staff members embrace the change and ensures that change initiatives are designed and implemented on time and within budget. The candidate consults with management to conceive and draft change plans, that can be implemented fast and with minimum staff members’ resistance.

Role & responsibilities

Change design and implementation & communications

  • Work together with HR, change and communication teams and the business in order to:
    Orchestrate, support, prepare and enable change management strategies, transformation roadmaps and change plans to support a digital and agile transformation of the organization (with impact on processes, technology and people)
  • Perform people impact analysis 
  • Contribute in the implementation of the change plan together with the related teams
  • Identify and solve main road-blockers of the transformation
  • Orchestrate, support, feed and enable the global change communication plan and provide transparency along the change journey.Support the different people involved in the transformation in their change approach & implementation.
  • Coach teams on storytelling and impactful change communications.

Profile

  • Has good understanding of the energy sector, of industry trends, user demands and pain points to be able to create a high value product vision of a TSO
  • Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology and implementation
  • Expert in change management (min. 5-7 years of experience)
  • Displays strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages to diverse stakeholders
  • Credibility and leadership qualities to take fast and difficult decisions
  • Ability to persuade and lead a team of diverse skillsets in order to achieve common goals
  • Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics
  • Good knowledge of the energy sector and its specific processes and cultural mindset
  • Experience with digital business transformations is a plus
  • Has experience in Agile Development and Agile Methodologies
  • Scrum Master, Product Owner certification (or equivalent) is a plus
