Mission
Our client is looking for a Change Manager on 2 different missions:
1/ Unstructured Data : Frame clear and concrete guidelines around Knowledge Management for all employees (3000) on the way to manage unstructured data internally (at organizational, team and individual level). Collect & integrate in this framework the specific needs and constraints of the teams (Operations, Legal, …), map these guidelines in our client ecosystem provided by the Data Privacy / Workplace Team (collaboration tools, storage solutions, Registered storages solutions for sensitive data’s, Data privacy & Security guidelines, … ). Design & operationalize the cultural transformation for all employees > Deliverables: change strategy, communication/training plan & delivery approach, cultural transformation approach, Guidelines/ framework for Knowledge Management.
2/ One Workplace : Accompany the transition to a modern workplace (One Account, One ID, New Laptop, Windows 11). Preparation and operationalization of a communication & training/supporting plan towards all Belgium employees of our client. Encourage employees to take initiatives in managing their transition to the new workplace & appropriation of it.
Context
Office 365, Specific storage solutions for sensitive data & proper access management, transition to Windows 11, Transition on new laptops, Intune, Microsoft Cloud, Azure One account, Multifactor authentication, Microsoft company portal, Windows Hello, VPN.
Profile
- Experience as a Change manager (5 – 10 years)
- Languages: FR + NL (EN is a plus)
