In this context, the organization is undergoing significant transformation, with several corporate initiatives already underway and more planned for the near future.

Within the Infrastructure division, the Knowledge & Competence team is tasked not only with managing and facilitating change processes but also ensuring that employees possess the necessary skills to meet current and future challenges. To support ongoing transformation, our client is seeking Change and Communication expertise to bolster its efforts.

Service description

The Change Officer will join the existing change team (currently composed of two members) to provide critical support in identifying, planning, and executing change management frameworks and tools. This role will enhance the team’s ability to support business transformation projects, addressing changes in culture, business processes, technology, and organizational structure.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with the change team and Project Managers to execute change and communication strategies with minimal resistance from employees.
  • Implementing change management and communication initiatives across the organization.
  • Supporting the development and activation of change management strategies, roadmaps, and transformation plans, particularly focused on digitalization and agility.
  • Analyzing the impact of transformation on employees and aligning the change approach accordingly.
  • Assisting in the deployment of change plans in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Contributing to transformation efforts across various pillars, including core business, technology, and value assurance.
  • Supporting and activating the overall training management strategy to ensure employees are prepared for upcoming changes.

Profile

  • Master’s degree in business management, organizational psychology, business administration, energy engineering, digital engineering, communication/change management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with the ADKAR change management model.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in embedding change management within business projects.
  • At least 3 years of expertise in change management, with deep knowledge of principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is required (project documentation is in these languages, and training sessions for end-users will be conducted in both French and Dutch).
