Business Development & Innovation department is responsible for the (chat) bot for customers who want to contact our client. In an omnichannel environment, but also connected to Artificial Intelligence (AI), the (chat)bot plays a crucial role in their Digital Self Servicing strategy.
This job implies a wide range of diverse responsibilities:
- You are ready to rapidly acquire the technical skills of the new platform
- Responsible for migrating all customer journeys to the new platform.
- In collaboration with the Business & ICT stakeholders, you actively contribute to the new platform of our (chat) bot and you will be a key business player in the project
- You create and optimize the bots dialogues and also for a good user experience.
- You participate actively in the identification of needs, impact analysis, proposals
- You train the Bot to better understand what customers are saying to them (interpretation skills).
- You analyze the data to identify opportunities to improve the bot.
- You develop solutions and support implementation.
- You ensure strict prioritization based on customer value and CLIENT.
- You manage possible incidents (contact point, evaluation of criticality, communication) and debugging.
- You formulate opinions and master your subject matter;
- You are a point of contact within C2N and for the CLIENT Connect management.
Profile :
- Knowledge of or strong affinity with the AI & NLP is a “must have”
- Ambitious, you have excellent analytical skills and enjoy detail-oriented tasks (data, models, user behavior, etc. ….)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and structure complex situations;
- Experience with data management (e.g. SQL, access, qlik view, VBA …) is a plus.
- Strong affinity with Digital (chat(bot), website, mobile apps etc…).
- You are able to analyze a problem and separate main issue from side issue;
- Results-oriented (timing and quality) and problem solver even if you do not have all the information.
- Sense of initiative and responsibility;
- You are able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Writing skills are a plus
- Preferably Dutch speaking with good FR/ENG knowledge
