Context
Our client, a leading company in the insurance sector, is seeking a business-oriented Data Analyst to join its Data Intelligence team within the Non-Life department. The team is dedicated to providing innovative and high-quality solutions to its internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Risk & Control departments to understand their data needs and support their transition to a new data platform.
- Define and implement actions to measure and improve the quality of data used by these departments, aligning these initiatives with the company’s strategic priorities.
- Document data flows and create conceptual models for data users and data scientists.
- Propose tailored solutions that meet business and technical needs, ensuring architectural best practices are considered before development begins.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Profile
- Experience in project management, data analysis, business intelligence, or business analysis
- Delivering data-driven initiatives
- Project management certification
- Solid knowledge of SQL or other data manipulation tools
- Proficiency in Dutch and French (spoken and written) at a minimum level 2/3 (Good) on a 3-level scale. Candidates without a strong understanding of both languages will not be considered.
