Job Summary/Objective:
As a CSRD Reporting and Data Analyst within the Data and Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality future reporting of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) for bpostgroup. Your focus will be on merging, building, and ensuring proper data governance in line with CSRD guidelines and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse data origin by defining where the data come from, the source systems and how the data has to be interpreted
- Define how to collect the data from the various source systems and how to integrate with the central data platform
- Define data model and data assets. Make use of the defined rules of the data steward, to describe how to calculate & aggregate the data. Make sure the data is well-structured, harmonized and quality assured.
- Collaborate with development team, reporting team and business team to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting
- Define how to report the respective indicators
- Define how to maintain data quality
- Input the necessary info in the data catalog
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, sustainability, data analytics).
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and data governance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Dutch or French or English
