Mission
You will provide guidance, tactical support and strategic advice to the entire organisation on matters related to Data Center Services & Cloud Management. Objective is to define Target Operating Model (TOM) as well as the to-be vision.
Scope: on prem infrastructure, datacentre services, public cloud, server, storage management, network management, database management and security operations. Equally so, scope contains commercial framework, SLA, contract negotiation and governance.
