Data Privacy Tooling Business Analyst

Context

• The current GDPR processes are most of the time manually executed (excel based), our client would like to automize them as much as possible.
• The same for their interactions with the Business (1st line), they would like to interact through a tool which create visibility, transparency & provide logging. In order to create all the evidences they need to answer Group, Audit & Authority requests

Role & responsibilities

As Business Analyst in the Data Governance & Privacy team, you are responsible for:

• Support the project «  »Data Privacy Tooling » » which intends to implement a Data Privacy tool and integrate it into our Data Privacy ecosystem
• Write processes documentation
• Perform processes analysis in order to rationalize them and interface them with existing processes
• Configure selected Data Privacy tool and perform tests

Profile

• Knowledge of a Data Privacy tool is a very good point
• Education: 3-5 years of experience in process design, good knowledge of GDPR
• Ability to discuss with technical people but also DPO team
