To support its rapid growth and operational excellence, the company is looking for a Delivery Associate to coordinate the end-to-end delivery process of leased vehicles and ensure a smooth, timely, and high-quality experience for customers.

Description

As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and coordination of vehicle deliveries once a lease contract is signed. You’ll act as the key link between storage compounds, delivery partners, and customers—ensuring that every vehicle is delivered on time and in excellent condition.

You’ll also assist customers via email and phone, answer questions about their delivery or contract, and support them through their first steps with their new vehicle. Post-delivery follow-up and issue resolution are also part of your scope. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery process from contract signature to final handover.
  • Liaise with compounds, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely and smooth deliveries.
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to answer questions and provide updates.
  • Support customers during their onboarding and follow up on post-delivery issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline operations.
  • Identify and implement improvements in delivery workflows and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all delivery-related documentation is complete.

Profile

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer care, logistics coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic setting.
  • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
