Context

For its Digital Workplace team, our client is actively looking for new colleague to manage all aspects and activities associated to the support of our internal customer from Preparation and delivery of new computers (laptops, desktops, VM) up to take the lead on resolving complex customer requests: analysis, communication, planning and technical implementation.

The ideal candidates need to perform the following tasks (non-exhaustive)

  • Help and guide with technical resolution of software and hardware related incidents in collaboration with other teams
  • Perform pro-active maintenance on our devices and systems
  • Generate technical documentation and processes
  • Welcome and assist customers
  • Interact smoothly with all stakeholders including customer management, other Front Office teams , Back Office teams, development teams and business departments
  • Guard the accuracy of our internal tools (such as CMDB) and maintain a records of all performed activities in our queuing activity log.

Profile

  • Good general knowledge about computers systems and software, more specifically Microsoft Windows environment (end-user devices, servers, network, databases, security systems, etc …).
  • Experience with VMWare is a plus
  • Knowledge of internet and cloud-related technologies (Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, …)
  • Experience with iPhone and iPad devices
  • Excellent hands-on knowledge and experience of:
    • Customer workplace configurations design and implementation
    • Customer operational platforms: SCCM, ticketing system (i.e. Omnitracker)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Methodologies:
    • Intermediate knowledge of ITIL
    • Agile mindset is clearly an asset
    • Basic knowledge of UML and Flowcharts
  • Fluent in FR, NL and EN: reading, writing and speaking
  • Certifications (Nice to have)
    • MS-900: M365 Fundamentals
    • MD-102: Endpoint Administrator Associate
    • SC-900: Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
    • MS-721: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate
