Description
Within the ITBT department, the Unit 1 – Works Grid Operations Domain aims to support the processes and applications for managing the development and maintenance of the Gas, Electricity and Public Lighting networks of the Grid Operations (Network Management) and AM (Asset Management) departments of our client.
For the maintenance of the Domus program applications and for the current projects, they are looking for a Functional Analyst Salesforce to manage corrective & evolutive maintenance on the current deployed applications (for Exploitation Electricité – Câbles & Cabines – Garde) and work on the current projects using the same applications but for other business (Exploitation Gaz, Public Lighting…).
The consultant will interact with our projets & maintenance teams.
The consultant will be involved on the Domus applications at first on Salesforce but also on the other applications (Mobile app ,SAP PM, Office 365), to follow or test changes, but most of the time will be spent on Salesforce Application.
What are the Domus applications?
Domus is a program which aims to deploy a solution of work, workforce management and digitalization for the department of Grid Operations.
The solution is based on Salesforce Field Service Lightning for Work, workforce management, SAP PM for work management (logistic & accounting part), FormX (specific development in CouchBase/Xamarin) for the digitalization of field reports. Office 365 is used to provide a portal which give a 360° view on a work or an asset and store documents. The applications of the Domus solution are integrated each other with the ESB Pegasus (Biztalk).
A first business team (Cables & Cabines) was deployed in November 2020, then The Garde Team was deployed in June 2022.
They are currently working 2 projects for other teams :
– Exploitation Gaz
– Public Lighting
Responsibilities
- Providing support on Salesforce FSL/service cloud solution (user management, master data management)
- Solving incidents and problems on the deployed applications
- Defining use cases and user stories in collaboration with the business analyst
- Configuring user stories
- Testing the use cases and user stories during System Tests and System Integration Tests
- Supporting Business during User Acceptance Tests
- Managing Sanity checks after the deployment in Production of a release
- Managing the change (User manual, Release notes, training session)
Knowledge & skills
What are the skills expected for the mission?
- Ability to understand a problem, to reproduce it and to identify its origin

- Ability to manage functional analysis (Use Case / User story description)
- Ability to translate the functional need into user stories,

- Master Data mass Creation/modifications (Service Catalogue, Timesheet, SA,…) via tools like Inspector
- Administration of Users, User profiles, permission sets, User groups, User queue
- Object Manager clear understanding of all possibilities about fields set up, page layout and lightening page, Validation rules,…
- Certified as Salesforce Administrator – MUST HAVE
- Experience the configuration of Flow Salesforce – MUST HAVE
- Proved experience as a Business / Functional analyst – MUST HAVE
- Proved experience on configuration Salesforce – MUST HAVE
- Knowledge of FSL objects (Service appointment, WO, WOLI , Timesheet,…) is a plus
- Français ou Néerlandais avec une connaissance de la deuxième langue
