Context
The final goal is to have a global plan for wellbeing for Affluent & Private Banking, for which the transversal action points will be implemented on a national level and the local action points on a local level.
Within Affluent & Private Banking 2 HR initiatives will be launched. One on diversity and one on wellbeing of the staff.
To define the key improvement areas and the initiatives linked to them, we will use a bottom up, participative approach.
We are looking for a Project lead to launch these two initiatives. The project lead will need to set up a governance & meeting structure. In the meetings, the project lead will need to apply methodologies to ensure co-creation and participation of all stakeholders on a consensus-driven action plan.
