The product owner will manage Beqom which is a compensation management software : Bonus Management, Salary Management , Analytics & Reporting.
The clients of the product are the HR Comp&ben team, Department Managers & C-Level.
The tool is deployed in different GEMS countries in Europe & Asia (Singapore).
The Product Owner will be part of an HR Digital, Operations & Transformation Team (5 people : 1 Manager + 3 people in Paris + 1 in Brussels).
Specific Tasks
- Work closely with IT and business teams to maintain Comp&ben product backlog according to business value
- Plan & prioritize Beqom Product backlog (user stories, epics) to ensure work aligns with beqom product strategy & roadmap
- Perform user acceptance tests with Comp&ben Teams
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant internal & external teams
- Mitigate roadblocks to achieving Beqom sprint/release goals
- Serve as Beqom product ambassador sharing knowledge and answering questions
Required skills
- 4 or more years of experience in HR IS Product Development
- In depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Data Literacy
- Python Skills (Optional)
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
- Outstanding Communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
