Context
CIR is a multiyear program and one of the largest programs our Insurance Business and Technology departments have worked on together, in a unparalleled atmosphere with a fun & competent group of colleagues on both sides.
Its overall goal is to migrate all our insurance products of all our different entities to our target SaaS Platform.
This summer we will have migrated 75% of our existing policies, spiced with the Program, each migrated into their newly created target products.
This last item, among others of course is one of the crucial challenges for two extra Business Analysts we are looking for.
Tasks & Challenges
- Identify and document the business needs
- Compile the requirements of new Non-Life insurance products (at product / Claims / Output level)
- Validate requirements with stakeholders
- Analyze and document changes to the already implemented products
- Analyze & describe applicative changes to the Core System or regarding its Interfaces
- Assess the impact on existing processes and outline new processes
- Maintain documentation
- Perform initial testing after delivery
Knowledge areas Expected Experience
- Non-life Insurance Products (Policies / Claims / Output & Documents) Min of 3 years
- (Agile) Business Analysis Min of 3 years
- Process Analysis Min of 2 years
- Working in (Agile) project modus Min of 1 years

- IT Insurance Software (inhouse/of the shelve) Asset
Your profile
- You are bilingual (NL / FR) and fluent in English
- You are a team player and a good communicator
- You have good analytical skills and an affinity with IT
- You combine a strong focus on results with a punctual and accurate work approach.

The exact group of which the Business Analysts will be part off is Product Management on business side, with a dedicated mission to work on the CIR Program in the Non-life context.
