Our client is actively searching a process officer to join our E2E Process & Change team within the IT department. The teams aims to support all teams working on the implementation of IT projects with an optimal balance between quality, scope, budget, and planning.
This includes (but not exclusively):

  • Clearly articulate the E2E IT process (from requirements, architecture, analysis, development, testing, release to run)
  • Work closely with IT departments and other E2E process owners to understand their process and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT departments to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and new initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project improvement teams and stakeholders
    for alignment and transparency.
  • Conduct project reviews to assess performance and compliance, extract lessons learned, and
    provide recommendations for future enhancements.
  • Support the adaptation to new solutions and oversee the change management process.
  • Provide support to the team in terms of motivation, training, and development to ensure a strong,
    motivated, and high-performing team aligned with various IT visions.
  • Coordinate and monitor collaboration between your team and teams from different IT divisions.
