They are the Relationship Management Product Team, within the Customer, Distributor & Data domain, that takes care of the CRM Dynamics applications to enable our business colleagues from Marketing, Operations and Distribution to reach out directly to our millions of customers or through partnering and managing the relationship with the large Belgian community of Brokers. They work in an agile way, where they encourage their people to be autonomous and their teams to be self-organized. They like working in teams that are a nice mixture of technical and functional experts and business specialists. They love having the end-to-end ownership of the process to deliver with and for their business colleagues, from demand to operations.
The challenge
Our client is looking for a consultant that joins them as the Manager of the Relationship Management Product Team with around 15 functional and technical CRM Dynamics experts.
- In that role you have the oversight of the 2 ongoing projects that will complete the green-field implementation of the CRM Dynamics installations.
- You will manage the team that takes care of the maintenance service of those business features and technical enablers already operational.
- You create the conditions for the agile teams in your scope to deliver in an efficient and autonomous manner and therefore organize the different activities to be performed by your team of experts and client’s Technology Partners, in close collaboration with the business product owners and specialists.
- Apart from managing your direct team you also coordinate the different experts who contribute to your initiatives, such as business and IT Epic/Project managers, architects and security specialists. It is essential that you nurture an extended network that will facilitate the exchanges with other teams and ultimately, the removal of impediments.
- You will report back to the IT and Business Sponsors as the caretaker of the allocated budgets.
- You will forecast them and discuss on all aspects of fixed-price statements-of-work to afterwards follow up on execution and overall consumption.
Profile

- A masters’ degree in IT or in Sciences with a strong interest in IT
- A good command of English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is considered an asset
- At least 5 years’ experience in project delivery and in leading IT teams
- Expertise in different project and operations delivery practices such as scaled agile, ITIL and waterfall
- Previous experience in a CRM environment is a plus
- An understanding of Digital Transformation
