IT Project Leader – E2E Process & Change

The candidate will be responsible for the creation and contribution to the improvement tracks in the context of Project Management and E2E process. Additionally, the candidate will be in charge of leading and coordinating the activities of the E2E process & Change team.

This includes (but not exclusively):

  • Working closely with the IT departments to identify their needs in terms of process and project leading.
  • Analyzing and assessing the existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and
    development of new initiatives.
  • Proposing and managing improvement initiatives (eg. Related to the estimation process,
    guidelines, standards, controls, etc.).
  • Providing regular feedback and reporting to the Management on the status of the implementation
    of these new initiatives.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among project improvements teams and
    stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Conducting project reviews to assess project performance / compliance, identify lessons
    learned, and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Supporting the change in the adaptation of new solutions.
  • Leading a team of +/- 4 people and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that
    the set objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Supporting the team in terms of motivation, training, team spirit and development in order to
    maintain a strong, motivated and performing team that meets the needs of the different IT visions.
  • Coordinating and following up on the collaboration between your team and the teams of the
    different IT divisions.

Required experience/knowledge

  • IT Project management – 2 to 5 years
  • Process Management
  • Methodology (agile – PMI / Prince2)
  • Business and/or functional analysis
  • MS-office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) – 5 to 8 years
  • Team leader – 2 to 5 years
