Context
As scrum master of an IT team, your mission is to drive the team and the project associated.
The team is composed with 3, 4 business analyst, 4 java developer, 4 Angular developer and 2 testers.
The project (and associated application already live) is to expose digital sales flow for P&C retail products to our partner in the way they love.
Our client work with AGILE / Scrum methodology and values in a very pragmatic way.
Digital transformation project with high visibility. Project is very successful and very well perceived but also with a lot of expectation from many stakeholders.
Challenge is to:
1) Constantly deliver top quality service to their users but also keep the application up to date with all business and technical constraints and priorities (BAU).
2) Continue to progress on a very ambitious roadmap by delivering new business value frequently.
Profile
- MS Office suite has no secret for you
- You (quickly) master RALLY (backlog and planning tool)
- You can quickly understand a complex IT architecture and API interactions
- You have an awareness of AWS
- You have a good track record as project and people manager in IT AGILE project (ideally digital transformation) and you know how to organize the IT delivery.
- You have ideally an experience in a team end to end empowered (analyze, development, test, deployment, infrastructure and DB management, production support).
- You understand your stakeholders and constantly want to do the best for them in good collaboration with the product owner ultimately responsible for the priorities.
- You have experience to manage a team with a variety of profile (internal / external / offshore ; junior / senior).
- You have very good communication skills and work with ease in English and French and ideally also Dutch.
