Context
Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive ITSCM Delivery Consultant with strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the project and delivery of results, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and meet requirements.
Role & responsibilities
- Designing and implementing IT service continuity plans to ensure that critical IT services can be restored quickly in the event of a disruption.
- Testing and maintaining IT service continuity plans to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date.
- Providing advice and guidance to IT teams and other stakeholders on IT service continuity best practices.
- Utilizing Power BI to analyze and report on ITSCM data.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery.
- Demonstrating a « go-getter » attitude, taking initiative to identify and address potential issues.
- Possessing relevant cloud skills.
- Minimize the impact of disruptions on IT services and ensuring that they can continue to operate effectively during a crisis.
Profile
- Prior experience in IT Service Continuity Management.
- Proficiency in PowerBI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-focused mindset.
- AWS and Azure cloud certifications are desirable.
- Fluency in English, French, and Dutch
