Role

Follow-up project planning:
- Monitor and report project progress, budget and resource status.
- Monitoring the individual streams in the project (deadlines, resources, timesheets as well as achievement of deliverables). This implies acquiring (high level) basic knowledge of the context.
- Setting up and monitoring risk management (at project level + streams) identifying risks and reporting.
- Recurring reporting to Project Manager
Execute communication plan (internal stakeholder mngt)
- Preparation of reporting Core-Team (project management), Steerco, ad hoc meetings internally and externally
- Prepare informative internal communication and achievement
Deliverables quality control and stream leader support
- Ensure quality of deliverable, proper validation, communication and archiving
- Maintain sharepoint (application for information exchange) + create presentations/support for Project Manager
