Context
Our client embarked on a Lean transformation journey six years ago, primarily focusing on Application Development and Maintenance, involving Business Analysts and IT professionals. They extended this approach to various non-IT projects within the organization using the Scrum framework. Presently, they’re witnessing a surge in Agile initiatives across different departments. This ranges from prototyping within their incubator to sustaining major projects critical to the business. The mission of their Lean & Agile Office (LAO) is to guide teams in their shift towards a culture of continuous improvement. They firmly believe that embracing Agility is pivotal in facilitating the Digital transformation necessary for the Energy Transition. Approximately 15 full-time equivalents (FTEs) are dedicated to supporting these teams.
