Context

Within the DBS Unit Works GIS & Customer, our client is looking for a Mobile & Salesforce Analyst for their corrective & evolutive maintenance on the current deployed solutions.

The consultant will be involved on the Domus applications at first on our Mobile App FormX (Xamarin, CoughBase) and Salesforce FSL.

What are the Domus applications?

Domus is a program which aims to deploy a solution of work, workforce management and digitalization for the department of Grid Operations.

The solution is based on Salesforce Field Service Lightning for Work, workforce management, SAP PM for work management (logistic & accounting part), FormX (specific development in CouchBase/Xamarin) for the digitalization of field reports. Office 365 is used to provide a portal which give a 360° view on a work or an asset and store documents. The applications of the Domus solution are integrated each other with our ESB Pegasus (Biztalk).

Role & responsibilities

1/ On Mobile app FormX:

  • Providing support on Mobile solution (user management, master data management)
  • Solving incidents and problems on the deployed applications,
  • Managing backlog of new demands (analyze & estimate them),
  • Organizing workshops with the Business to analyze and prioritize the backlog in order to define the scope of the next release
  • Defining use cases and user stories to be validated by the Business and executed by the development team
  • Define mockups of the mobile App screens and validate them with the business, taking into account UX et UI Mobile constraints
  • Following the development, by explaining the use cases, user stories and mockups to the developers, challenging the technical solution
  • Testing the use cases and user stories during System Tests and System Integration Tests
  • Supporting Business during User Acceptance Tests
  • Managing Sanity checks after the deployment in Production of a release
  • Organizing the change (User manual, Release notes, training session)

2/ On Salesforce:

  • Providing support on Salesforce FSL solution (user management, master data management)
  • Solving incidents and problems on the deployed applications,
  • Defining use cases and user stories in collaboration with the business analyst.
  • Testing the use cases and user stories during System Tests and System Integration Tests
  • Supporting Business during User Acceptance Tests
  • Managing Sanity checks after the deployment in Production of a release

Profile

  • Proven experience as integration analyst – MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience in design or build of mobile app (Xamarin, Flutter, Swift, etc.) – MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience in incident & problem management in mobile applications – MUST HAVE
  • Experience in Workforce Management context
  • Proven experience as a Functional Analyst focus on UI definition for Web or Mobile Applications (Mockup Design)
  • Proven experience in functional analysis
  • Proven experience with design modeling tool (e.g.Enterprise Architect) and modeling languages (e.g. Archimate, UML)
  • Agile / Waterfall methodology
  • Be comfortable with a service-oriented architecture, being able to define information flows between mobile applications and other applications.
  • Ability to understand a problem, to reproduce it and to identify its origin
  • Ability to manage backlog management (using JIRA)
  • Ability to describe the functional need to the technical team, challenge the solution and follow development (daily standup with developers)
  • Ability to test a solution (Test case definition, execution, bug tracking)
