Service description

The project you will work on as a PMO consultant is the follow up on the “Academy project”: since the creation and implementation of the Academy, our client still need to continue to optimise our strategy and communication and change plan.

  • Review the integrated and central learning & development strategy, philosophy and method ;
  • Review the end-to-end client experience from intake to solution for the entire life cycle ;
  • Review the status of the integration of the behavioral – safety – technical – digital aspects in learning & development initiatives ;
  • Boost innovation in learning & development techniques & methods to maximize impact ;
  • Enhance together with the SPOC reporting capabilities to help our managers & direction take sound decisions and ensure the right business impact.

Role & responsibilities

  • You will gather all the information around the creation of the Academy
  • You will make the gap analysis on the situation defined since the creation and the ongoing Way of working
  • You will identify together with the Head of the Academy where we have to put the focus on to make sure that the strategy and the mission of the Academy can be completely executed
  • You prepare in powerpoints the gap analyses to make sure we can go to Steerco to upper management (director level)
  • You advise the Head of the Academy with change and communication plans towards stakeholders, towards upper management.
  • You advise the Head of the Academy with KPIs determination. These have a double objective: to make track of our progress and to create a learning culture in the company.
  • You review powerpoints of other members of the team and you create a standard way of communication
  • You create templates for following up the roadmap (standardisation for the way of working with the Competence Managers.
  • You advise in L&D/reorganisation content and approach;
  • Overall coordination & admin support in realisation of Elia Academy projects.


  • Project management experience , structured approach – ability to analyse and present information – is a must;
  • Experience in organisational design / change management topics;
  • Experience in change management
  • Languages: fluent in NL and FR and very good knowledge of English (written);
  • Listening to client requirements & context;
  • Strategic, high level (mainly contact with upper management);
  • Efficient in delivery
  • Diplomatic and you can handle confidential information in a correct way
