Mission description

DTO (Digital Transformation Office) is working in 4 pillars as an accelerator & facilitator of the transformation. The Value Assurance Pillar (Portfoliomanagement) ensures value creation by enabling the delivery of defined programs and products. Therefore, Value Assurance prioritizes impact, enables flexible resource allocation, and removes barriers while providing transparency on progress.

The Value Assurance team is looking for support in order to manage the portfolio of digital initiatives and products and of top-priority projects (digital & non-digital).

Service description

  • Support the Digital & Strategic Portfolio Management
  • Support the yearly arbitrage process (collect information, assess NPV calculations, prepare arbitrage decisions for management) in close collaboration with Strategy and Controlling
  • Support the quarterly business review process by preparing QBR Meeting formats, collecting information and ensure information quality of Products (and simultaneously for Projects and Programs)
  • Support Product and Project teams in defining OKRs and follow-up on the performance of OKRs for Products and Programs
  • Prepare presentations and prepare and organize relevant meetings and workshops
  • Implement new processes and prepare evaluations on new methodologies e.g. prioritization methodologies
  • Contribute to resource allocation methodologies that allow resources to be allocated in a way that creates the most value
  • Support initiatives/product teams in blockers resolutions for highly strategic relevant activities

  • Relevant working experience in a strategic, portfolio or controlling function
  • Affinity for Digital Transformation (Technology, Change, …)
  • Relevant experience in Quarterly Business reviews is a plus
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with different cultures and diverse teams
  • Fluent in English, language skills in German or French/Dutch are a plus
