Context
As Product Owner of the Digital Squad, you will steer the developments and priorities around web analytics and participate in multiple projects. Your ambition is to support our digital teams and channels as much as possible in making digital journeys and flows as good as possible for our customers.
Your role consists of providing support in collecting and interpreting data about customer behaviour via the digital platforms and their digital transactions with the bank. You steer the evolution of our digital platforms and our digital transformation. You develop, elaborate and implement a digital analytics strategy. You measure progress and success through KPIs. You give direction to the squad by coordinating the business needs around data in order to permanently improve the customer experience and to boost the performance of our digital business.
You will work in a crack team of Digital Analytics specialists consisting of both technical and more business-oriented profiles (reporting, analysis and improvements).
Required experience/knowledge
- Dutch, French AND English
- You preferably have a Masters degree (or equivalent work experience) in mathematics or statistics, business intelligence, digital marketing and/or marketing
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
- You have experience with at least one of the following Web & Mobile Analytics tools:
- Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Contentsquare, Medallia etc.
- Experience as Project Manager is key
- You have expertise into data visualization tools such as Tableau (not mandatory)
