Description
Extra team member for the Office of the CIO, combining project leader & change manager skills to support our product centric evolution. Our client conceives, develops and manages all ICT-systems for the group. In the context of their role in the energy transition, our client is actively working on a program to transform its way of working towards a Product centric organisation. To this end a program has been set up at the office of the CIO team to encompass this initiative and several pilots are being setup to start the changes. In this context, they are looking for a program manager/project leader who can drive this transition towards a Product oriented organisation.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage and drive the program Product Centric evolution;
- Coordinate the different underlying pilots of the program that are to be set up within application teams;
- Collaborate with the related responsible transformation coaches, subject matter expert and product owners;
- Interact with important stakeholders of the program and pilots within Digital and in the rest of the organisation;
- Lead the gradual changes in the organisation at different levels, outside Digital that are needed to the success of the program
General skills
- At least be able to follow passively a conversation in both of our national languages Dutch & French (this is a must) and fluent in English.
- Strong communication & presentation skills (including to C-level)
- Strong interest in application development; mainly to help you in having a feeling with change in these teams and to enable you to tackle the setup of platform(s) to support the product teams;
- Good organisational and coordination skills;
- Well, you need a richly filled backpack to address the challenges above
Technical skills
- Knowledges about Product oriented organisation and if possible past experience with it;
- A strong background (e.g. master level) which you combine with a solid experience [probably you have been working for 10 years+ now]. The experience can come from a variation of ICT roles, from consultancy or from non-ICT experiences that have prepared you for this challenge;
- A familiarity with how to do ICT (essential);
- Always nice if you have some typical frameworks in your toolbox of experience;
- Already accompanied teams through a change.
