Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and implement transformative initiatives within the controlling and infrastructure domains. This role is central to managing a growing CAPEX portfolio and driving improvements in cost management, transparency, and performance monitoring.
Role & responsibilities
- Define and implement a realistic and actionable transformation roadmap.
- Engage with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of program outcomes with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the IT department to integrate digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee a portfolio of transversal projects, coordinating with project managers, stream leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and lead strategic committees or equivalent governance bodies.
- Lead project teams to deliver results according to plan.
- Manage change effectively through storytelling, communication strategies, and impact analysis.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication and reporting, including risk management and status updates, to keep stakeholders informed.
Profile
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project or program management.
- Academic background in industrial, commercial, or civil engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in controlling and infrastructure project management is a strong asset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong affinity with digitalization and IT.
- Trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Flexible, autonomous, and proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to support decision-making processes.
