Context of the mission

The entity “Business Engineering” is part of Employee benefits department and our client is leader in Belgium in term of supplementary pension & health care.
Their line of business consists of providing new developments of management systems that contribute to
an efficient running of the business activities.
Those development projects participate in the implementation of our strategic objectives in particular within the digital world.
To succeed, working closely with other business departments as well as with our IT colleagues is “a must”;
reconciling divergent interests is a challenge.
Our client is looking for a Project leader to coordinate cross-functional projects but who could also get involved in analytical issues if necessary.
In the framework of those strategic projects, the candidate will have to interact with others business
analysts of our department. He/she will have to provide a clear and synthetic view of the state of
progress, whether at project team meetings or project boards.

Required knowledge & experience

  • Insurance or financial industry – Mid-level (2y – 5y)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office – Mid-level (2 y – 5 y)
  • Project management – Mid-level (2 y – 5 y)
  • Business Analyst – Mid-level (2 y – 5 y)
  • Employee Benefits/Health Care Mid-level (2 y – 5 y) – Preferable
  • Good knowledge in testing processes – Preferable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365° – Preferable

Additional info

  • Expected start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 12 months (Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)
  • Fluent in Fench, Dutch & English
