Description

As an end-to-end migration manager, you will be responsible for:

Support, from an E2E perspective, the entire data migration across all products, customers and Finance
Support the setup of the runbook and feed the E2E migration runbook with the data migration plan as well as freeze periods
Strategically resolve migration roadblocks, as we will be confronted with many problems migrating from monolithic core bank package to a scattered landscape of applications. Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts of the data migration plan
Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements
Prepare the data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details

Profile

French, Dutch & English: Strong written and spoken communication skills
At least 5 years of relevant experience – not only as migration analyst, but including E2E migration approach, management & strategy of a program 5 Mln + in size
You are familiar or have knowledge of database systems and have worked on large migration streams
You have an understanding of data protection issues
You are accurate and pay attention to detail
You have strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills
You have experience in an agile environment, preferably in significant transformation initiatives.
