Context
Within the Group Belux, our client is deploying a digital transformation to Salesforce. After the go-live of the CIC department from Financial Services in 2023, you will have to take care and manage the go-live for the New Business department to Salesforce. In your role, you will be responsible to collect all requirements from the business and making sure of the successful release of the project.
Salesforce is a central solution proposed by the Group in Munich. It is used by many markets as a WHCRM system. Therefore, all markets are collaborating to design to best CRM system possible by approaching Salesforce like a template and shared system.
Responsibilities
As CRM System Business Analyst working in Bornem (2280), you are part of Belgian WHCRM Team, mixing internal and external employees.
Your main responsibility will be to collect all requirements from the new department moving to Salesforce.
Through thorough system analysis and alignment with all parties, you identify the most crucial requirements and raise them in an understandable and convincing way to the central Salesforce development team. You must be able to work in an Agile environment and to master Jira & Confluence. Creating Epic, User Story, Test case and defining acceptance criterias must be a part of your daily routine. We also expect from you to be able to create defect when functionalities are not working as designed and collaborate with developers to find a solution and/or a workaround to the defect.
A second part of your job is to share your Salesforce expertise with other BMW markets. You need to define and explain why Belgium Team does accept or refuse a new functionality suggested by another market. You will also need to share those markets functionalities to business and sharing their (dis-)agreement to the central Salesforce Team.
A third and final part of the job is to be able to communicate and share your Salesforce expertise with the business in a straightforward way. You will have to train new users in Salesforce and give them tips on how to perfectly handle the CRM system.
Profile
- Experience with Project Management
- Experience with Salesforce is a must.
- Experience with Integration Layer.
- Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA is a must
- Fluent English. Dutch and French are a plus.
- Structured, Communicative, independent and analytical.
