Context
The main activities of our clientn are as follows:
- Asset manager: maintaining and developing the network, as well as connecting electrical installations to the network
- System management: granting access to the network in a straightforward, objective and transparent way, providing full services for transporting electricity, monitoring flows on the network to ensure that it runs smoothly and managing the balance between electricity consumption and production 24 hours a day
- Market facilitator: developing initiatives to improve how the electricity market operates
Service description
For their incubation team (called The Nest) they are looking for a Scrum Master who will help their long standing product team(s) reach new heights and create long term product and company value.
The person they are looking for should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. You will also need the ability to coordinate teams, people and projects with your mind set on deliverables and value creation. If you are a strong communicator, a people person and you are invested in Agility and delivering hands-on value within projects, we would like to meet you.
The role will work within a product team to start with and may support multiple teams going forward. Your line of discipline will be the chapter of Scrum Masters and your line of delivery will be the Nest Team, reporti/ng to the Product Lead.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product team, preferably in technology delivery/IT organizations, and very familiar with software development projects
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Ability to work fully independently & always hungry for continuous improvement without supervision
- You master several Agile frameworks (Kanban, Extreme Programming, Lean etc.) and can showcase hands-on experience with those
- You are able to train Scrum, Kanban and others agile techniques to others
- You are a great facilitator, virtually and physically focusing on creating the right environment for your team and stakeholders
- You have a strong interest in innovation and eager to experiment new techniques to create value
- Knowledge of Design Thinking Process and related methods and tools are nice to have
- Knowledge of UX design/development frameworks are nice to have
- Scrum Master and other Agile certifications are a plus
