WHO WE ARE SEEKING
- A motivated sales with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch with an excellent knowledge of the second national language, fluent in English is a must.
- Possessing an excellent understanding of the Belgian market.
- Confirmed experience in achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
- A genuine ‘hunter’ who relishes securing face-to-face meetings with new prospects across Belgium.
- And, importantly, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit.
YOUR FUTURE JOB
1/ Business Developement
- Prospect and develop new client accounts across different sectors.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients (Key Account Management).
- Understand clients’ needs and challenges to propose tailored solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
2/ Commercial Strategy
- Developing commercial development strategies in collaboration with the management to define short, medium, and long-term growth strategies and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the sales management to craft competitive and compelling business proposals.
3/ Collaboration with the Recruitment Team
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to identify the best candidates for your assignments.
- Participate in preparing candidates for client qualification interviews.
- Participate in client qualification interviews with candidates.
- Participate in negotiating and concluding contracts.
4/ Marketing & Representation
- Contribute to defining the marketing strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted (multichannel) campaigns aimed at promoting the company’s services in the market.
- Participate in competitive monitoring and market benchmarking.
- Actively represent the company to active clients and prospects.
- Actively represent the company to active consultants.
- Represent the company at events and professional trade shows.
- Ensure customer satisfaction: Regularly monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and take measures to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience (continuous improvement).
