As part of an Organization Redesign project under COO scope, you are responsible for defining and coordinating all change management activities (people side of change) in support of the Operations management. Project is confidential and sensitive, and you will interact with key stakeholders like Executive levels (transversal), RH, Social Relations, COO, etc. You are reporting to the Program Manager.

Role & responsibilities

  • Stakeholder management and communication plan
  • Communication presentations
  • Evaluation of change adoption and resistance management
  • Facilitation of group (coaching) sessions (storytelling / What is in it for me / Me and the Change)


  • Min 5-6 years of experience in Change Management
  • Experience with operations and/or re-organizations context
  • Strong communication skills (Work Council)
  • Familiar with ADKAR methodology
  • Nice to have: experience with culture change
  • Bilingual FR / NL
