In the context of the transformation within the HR department, we are looking for a Senior Change Manager to:

  • Contribute to the implementation of the change support strategy, namely, diagnosis of the situation, definition of change plans, organization preparation, execution of plans and implementation of post go live support.
  • Be able to take charge from end to end, all or part of the implementation and coordination of change plan activities.
  • Report on progress, adoption of change and achievement of project objectives (KPI)

Program Employee Benefits Transformation : As part of the overall pension and group strategy, the EB transformation program aims at repositioning our client in EB with a capital light offer (hybrid/Unit Link). Life Corporate is adapting its product/service offering and preparing for the transformation of its portfolio accordingly.
Target by end 2022: The Program has to accelerate investments in the capabilities needed to ensure the Transformation of our portfolio and increase the UL New Business footprint.

Employee Benefit Project: The new product EFL (Essential For Life +) deployed in existing Platform EB named CEBO. But they have the ambition to make some adaptations on their calculation tool to transform their existing Portfolio. They need training tutorials updates (animated PPT support) for both internal team & brokers network.

Retail Project: A new subscription platform has been deployed in 2021 (eLife +) within operational teams as well as Brokerage network. They have the ambition to integrate new products (SRD products, ..) on their platform to contribute to the reduction of G&A expenses in Self Employed segment, as well as to develop the servicing of these products during 2022 and the years to come.


  • Master’s degree
  • Relevant experience (min 5 years) in project management and Change Management
  • Relevant experience (min 5 years) in Delivery (from strategy to operationalisation)
  • Mastering the ADKAR change management framework or equivalent
  • Beyond change management: Mastery of complementary approaches is a plus: organizational theory, team dynamics, agility, coaching, or equivalent …
  • Able of evolving autonomously at different altitudes (Strategic framework > operational implementation)
  • Good knowledge of management and review of work processes
  • Resilience when facing adversity and resistance to change
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Team spirit
  • Sharing of knowledge / experience to grow the business & change team through the mission
  • Excellent stakeholder management with different types of profiles (from top management to operations, external partners, sales, brokerage, etc.)
  • Bilingual FR / NL and good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of HR and cultural transformation: cultural transformation/new ways of working
