Responsible for the management of a tool replacement project. The current tool is end of contract in 2026 and our client wants to replace the current tool by a tool in the market leading segment. The main objectives for this project is:
- Timely replacement of the current tool that is end of contract in 2026
- Improved user experience for the operators, DGOs en Suppliers using the tool.
- Integration capabilities with similar tools of the DGOs, our IT Vendors and internal used applications.
Deliverables of the project manager:
- Plan & Coordination of the project implementation.
- Deliver the plan & organization for the future support organisation, which should be T&M based.
- Deliver all the needed requirements of a public tender. Currenlty the project is in the RFP-phase.
- Management of dependencies inside project and between projects
- Management of coordination of the project members and IT resources
- Detect and mitigate Risks and issues
- Project communication, including management reporting
- Follow-up and updating the business case, including scope & financial management
- Ensure alignment with the DGOs on the proposed processes during workshops organised by the project team
- Guarantee the quality of the end products and the quality of corporate processes -> Max quality – minimal support costs
- Analysis of change requests on the project
- First contact point for the project sponsor
- Responsible for creating buy-in for the project and be present in touchpoint meetings with stakeholders inside and outside the client
- Responsible for the management of contractors/subcontractors
Contexte & Main goal:
Timely, before the end of the contract of the current tool, implement a leading tool ensure a maximum of user experience which ensures integration with the tools of the major users, to allow them to have a full overview in their own tool i.s.o. having to check the client tool.
