Within the teams of COO and Operational excellence, their objective is to improve their quality of service towards customers, brokers and partners, while keeping our operational costs under control.

In this context, they are looking for an external support to prepare the operationalization of shoring ambition in the Operations.

The primary focus will be to:

  • Define an operational multi year plan to execute our 24-26 ambition, including the change and communication aspects
  • Drive the selection of the selected partners / captives (leveraging on the Group capabilities in priority) and update the business case consequently
  • Steer the execution of the plan, in close collaboration with the various stakeholders (business, HR, finance/procurement, risk & compliance, IT,…), with the appropriate governance.
  • Define sustainable framework(s) to ensure proper steering of the first transitioned scope in terms of quality of service, performance/productivity, quality,….and ensure an industrialization afterwards.

Required expericence/knowledge

  • Proven experience in successfully managing transition projects, specifically in the context of shoring and captive/shared services environments.
  • Good understanding of the general Insurance industry and key business processes
  • In-depth understanding of shoring/transition frameworks and best practices for project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Experience in negotiating and owning service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent project management abilities, including coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines, risks, development of effective mitigation strategies,…
  • Delivery and solution-oriented personality with excellence in serving clients/stakeholders
  • Strong drive to build networks and working relationships in a culture of mutual success across team boundaries, locations, and cultures
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a growth mindset and a passion for driving positive change
  • Mastering of English is a must, as well as at least French or Dutch.
