bMonkeys is looking for an SAP Test manager (freelance or consulting employee) to support a major actor in the utilities sector in Brussels.

Context:

As a test manager you will work closely with the other tracks and particularly with release management of the project. Our client has started its SAP S/4 Hana brownfield conversion. The client is currently working on SAP ECC 6.0 EHp7 and using the following SAP modules ( FI, CO, FI-CA, MM, SD, WM, PM, PS, SAP-ISU, )

The S/4 Hana conversion is supposed to be iso-functional project and apply the simplification item where required. The S/4 Hana program has started since 2019 and several pre-requiste projects studies have already been executed to prepare the conversion. The S/4 Hana conversion of client SAP ERP is the last step of the project and the go live is foreseen for 11/11/2025.

Our client is looking for a test manager in order to support the S/4 hana project manager. The role of a Test manager in the context of a S/4 Hana brownfield project consists of :

• Writing the master test plan (MTP),
• Following the execution of the SYS tests (system tests), SIT (Systems integration tests) and BAT (business acceptance tests),
• Loading SIT and BAT tests campaign in JIRA,
• Following-up of defect solving,
• Providing sounded tests reports to the project,
• Coordinating the SIT and BAT tests,
• Coordinating the collection of test scripts as from SIT,
• Coordinating the execution of tests as from SIT,
• Coordinating the use of automation when necessary,
• Coordinating the respect of testing governance,
• Coordinating of the test reporting.

This role will consist in acting as test manager. The candidate will report to the project manager.

Requirements:

• A masters degree in computer science, science, economics, engineer or equivalent,
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English with good overall communication skills,
• Experience in SAP of minimum 15 years,
• Experience in defining/writing the test strategy for a S/4 Hana conversion project,
• Experience as test manager or test coordinator or PM on minimum 3 sap projects,
• Experience as functional lead analyst or test manager or test coordinator or PM on minimum 1 S/4 Hana project,
• Experience as functional lead analyst or test manager or test coordinator or PM on minimum 2 SAP upgrade projects,
• Experience in S/4 HANA brownfield conversion is a+,
• Working knowledge of the tool JIRA,
• Experience as functional analyst in minimum two SAP Modules,
• Experience as functional/implementation lead on minimum 2 SAP projects,
• Experience as release manager or release coordinator,
